Bayram Tekçe is the founder and Chairman of TEKCE group companies, leading the strategic vision and holistic development of the brand across markets. He established Antalya Homes (now Tekçe Overseas Gayrimenkul AŞ) in 2004 and has since grown the company into a multi-brand international real estate organization. Bayram Tekçe is recognized as a thought leader in the sector, having founded the Real Estate Service Exporters Association (GİGDER) and played a key role in institutional initiatives within the industry. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of GİGDER and is active in international economic relations committees.

Özkan Tekçe serves as Chief Operating Officer of TEKCE Global and has been instrumental in scaling the company's global operations since joining in 2017. With more than 20 years of experience in corporate management and building effective sales organizations, Özkan has driven the globalization of TEKCE’s sales and operational teams. He currently oversees global operations, partner relations, and organizational systems, contributing to the company’s strong performance and internal structure.

Aysun Tekçe is the Chief Marketing Officer at TEKCE Global, bringing nearly two decades of experience in marketing, brand management, and consumer insight. Since joining the company in 2018 with the launch of the Spain Homes brand, she has led strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen TEKCE’s brand presence and customer engagement across international markets. Aysun is passionate about understanding diverse cultures and driving impactful marketing innovation.

Ali Evren Elçi joined TEKCE in 2019 and serves as Country Manager, leading the company’s Turkey operations. With more than 20 years of experience across corporate business management, supply chains, and sales planning in telecommunications and FMCG sectors, Ali brings extensive leadership and service excellence to his role. His focus is on delivering high-quality customer experiences and fostering a culture of positivity and performance across teams.

Engin Çamcı is the General Manager of TEKCE Exclusive, TEKCE Global’s project sales and developer representation company. With nearly two decades of experience in sales and marketing management, Engin is the driving force behind TEKCE Exclusive’s growth in providing professional sales services for real estate projects. Since joining TEKCE in 2018, he has led diverse teams and contributed to the company’s success through his leadership, adaptability, and collaborative management philosophy.
